Media Education Consultants works with producers of mission-driven media and television programming to develop and implement national and local outreach materials and activities, including teacher and viewer guides, and community-based workshops. Our areas of specialty and interest are social and emotional development, early childhood and diversity.

Founded in 1994 by Simone Bloom Nathan, Media Education Consultants offers individualized client-focused consultation, clear and concise materials with substantive content and access to a network of content specialists around the country. Our goal is to help clients define, implement and achieve their outreach goals.

Simone Bloom Nathan has served as FRONTLINE’s educational outreach consultant since 1994 and is responsible for developing teacher guides to complement FRONTLINE programs. This multi-year campaign aims to engage people in thinking about the power of love and forgiveness in their lives. Using clips from three PBS documentaries, communities around the country are having conversations about love and forgiveness. Simone Bloom Nathan is serving as project director.
